Weight loss and pain

Macey's pain is not much improved.  She still has quite a bit of yeast in her mouth and who knows how much down her throat.  She has an ulcer on the lower palette that's also aggravating her. Her appetite is down and what small one she does have she can't tolerate much.  Seems everything is too "hard". It hurts her throat. She's very tired this weekend and resting a good bit.  Weight today was 98.6.  She finishes her antibiotic tomorrow and has 4 more days of the Diflucan for the yeast. Hopefully once the antibiotic is out of her system the yeast will resolve.  Not sure yet how to pursue the throat pain but if it isn't any better by Monday she will go back to see the pediatrician.

Home from surgery

Macey is out of surgery. They found more problems once he got in there. She has to see him in clinic Friday. Pain meds needed and some nausea. Thank you all for the prayers.

Dental surgery

We arrived for surgery at 6 am this morning. It was 6:40 before we were called back.

Dr Thomas met with us and he and Macey decided on pain medication and he will put her on an antibiotic for a while after. Also she has a rinse to do 4 times a day.

They called out at 8:30 and said she was asleep and they had started. It is 10:15 now.
